We want you to love your Eyvie pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition, with all tags attached

Returned in the original packaging, if possible
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contato@eyvie.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contato@eyvie.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
